Actually, that's not quite true about Penn State. Penn State (Sandusky campus) is located in State College, PA, which is some hours from Philly. But Philly and Bucks County north of it is very high jewish, homosexual, and pedophile population, so what you're saying is basically true, just wanted to correct about Penn State. They do have campuses around Philly, but the main one, and the one where Sandusky and his fellow freemasons ran their "second mile" organization is kind of far away, at least 3 or 4 hours, and in a pretty remote location.
not to nitpick but its nearly 200 miles away. it's far but don't doubt that there was a connect between 2nd mile/sandusky and philly (and probably dc and other cities in greater region). one of philly's most notorious pedos was eddie savitz who used to pay at risk teenage boys for all kinds of sick stuff including dirty underwear. he died in the early 90s from aids. if one searches there's some indication of a connection between 2nd mile and savits(z?)

Philly has come up time and time again. It's a major city with proximity to D.C. Also only 5.5 miles from Penn State, Sanduskyland.
