This is for organ harvesting. Genetic defects are a total red herring. Genetic markers for disease is a bullshit excuse that they use to get our information to figure out where the good donors are. Genetics are interactive and it's not possible to tell whether a gene is going to be expressed or not just because you may have it. With as many genes as we have, and all the things that affect expression of those genes, the main thing is what other genes you have and how those interact with each other, and the next would be what we put in our bodies and how it mutates our existing genetic expression. Vaccines with human DNA from aborted babies, DNA from animals, tumor cells, and mutagenic chemicals from the environment can all affect genetics. If this isn't the mark of the beast then I'm a monkey's uncle.
Exactly what I thought of when I heard about this. Very convenient and useful way for them to identify people for organ harvesting or for identifying targets for use in bloodlines experiments. It sounds like a merge of DynCorp and MKULTRA, consolidating it all into one convenient package where they can both have a database of people that would be useful for organ harvesting and for identifying more children to use in MKULTRA style experiments. Suddenly a "random" kidnapping happens and someone's kids are disappeared into MKULTRA and if something goes wrong they can use the parents for organ harvesting. Perhaps they are looking at a CPS angle too, some mysterious board will declare parents genetically unfit to raise their kids and then the CIA gets to take them off their hands...
