It's my understanding that ALL of the AG's have to submit their resignations whenever a new administration takes over. HOWEVER, to my knowledge Obama kept most of the GOP appointees and never replaced them. For one thing GOP was holding up his appointees.
Don't know how many Obama actually replaced. Any numbers supplied?
