anythings possible right about now.. could be a techie agent reaching out by doing this.. likely if its real it would have been sent out to multiple locations.. first thing id have done was a take a pic with my phone.. especially if it remained and couldnt be removed until plug pulled out.. perfect opportunity to take a pic.. sadly women can be so illogical and reactive in times of stress!

Exactly, it's the reason I posted here to see if anyone else had experienced anything like this. And if someone else reports this problem through social media then I know someone on Voat would know about it and link back to this thread. I'm gutted she didn't take a photo but in hindsight she was very scared so it was the last thing on her mind

Why does it scare her? What you should be concerned about is having your electronic devices in sensitive areas like the bedroom or bathroom. Listen to William Binney he built the CIA and pioneered these types of tools 30 years ago. For God's sake inform yourselves people.

We have a smart TV in our sons bedroom which is actually the main worry for me now, she immedietly took that one off power aswell as the standard HD Sony which it occurred on in the living room

Just unplugging will not disable it dude! LOL. There are batteries inside and or super capacitors that still power the comm circuits.

Eventually even capacitors run dry. Kill the network connection to it, as well, in the meantime. If it's wireless, change the SSID and password or block the TV's MAC from the router.

But lithium button cells last for 10 years. Super high density caps drain slooooow. Drape the damn TV in copper mesh and ground it to earth.

Ha, there is the faraday option. That's why I mentioned the network disconnections as well. That way, even if there is still enough reserved for a mic to keep recording, it won't be able to transmit until it's reconnected (barring speaker transmission or USB collection).

Yes you are exactly right. But think out of the box my friend. See why go through all the trouble disabling ssid ips etc when there is a possibility that something is running that we don't have visibility on. Read VALUT 7 snyposis on Wikileaks. These fucks write code that let their evil spyware run in the background that we will never see unless you are a code writer for the intelligence community. See what I am talking about?

nomorepepperoni ago

Yeah but I'm looking at ways to block their most reasonable means to transmit. You still have to ensure no one has physical access to it. Maybe he should just destroy it with hammers, Hillary style? Lol
