This is true the FBI kept the rape videos to blackmail Hastert when he was Speaker of the House. He was more valuable to the Deep State as a guy who was easy to blackmail. They had enormous leverage over him from those videos. Sure they should have prosecuted him and made the videos public but then they lose their leverage which means they don't get as much money for their budget as they could get if they keep the videos hanging over Hastert's fat head. That's how the swamp works. They love having politicians who are easy to blackmail those are the politicos they move up the ladder.
