The children on this FB page are being advertised to prospective new adoptive families and most are from foreign countries.  They've been adopted and apparently didn't "make the cut" so the families are offering them up for resale.  What is to stop pedophiles from scanning pages on FB to buy a child?  What protections if any are put into place to guarantee the safety of these children?

In 2011 the auditor from CA issued a report where 1000 licensed state facilities matched sex offenders addresses and the state certainly wasn't protecting wards of the state by placing children with any of them, are we to expect this Second Chance Adoption service to be anymore diligent?

Then we have the issue of re-homing which consists of an adoptive family ridding themselves of their adopted child/children. Re-homing generally means there is no money exchanged., no lawyers or judges are involved and all that is required is a Power of Attorney which gives guardianship to the interested party.  In 2015 a bill was sponsored in Congress to enact a Federal law to stop this practice but as it presently stands it appears to have been tabled.
