I would seriously doubt that portrait is still regularly hanging in that location under trump. I think this was a message, and a staged one. Bravo. I dont like politicians but I am sure starting to feel like Trump is much more than meets the eye. If he can pull this off without getting taken out then he has my support. THIS was a moment... .no accidents in DC.

He probably had to go through the White House to decide how they were going to arrange themselves there.
Every President decorates / furnishes it according to their own taste. He's moving in so he has to look around and plan.
