I Agree. CIA is ground zero for PG in many ways, and since VOAT has become PG information clearing house, this story is highly relevant. Moderators just need to use a bit of discretion and allow at least a select few current Wikileaks threads to remain. Further, the WL press release says some 22000 unique IP addresses are included in Vault 7, and according to WL, many of those may be specific targets of surveillance. It will be interesting is someone ends up making a searchable database so people (like PG researchers) can see if they were a specific target.
