In this tweet McKinney suggests Trump declassifies stuff to drain the swamp. I would add, he could declassify things like The Finders too (which is PG related mods)

What if Biggie and Tupac were both whacked to make room in the music industry for the MK Ultra artists of today? Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga, etc.

Why would the absence of hiphop/rap artists leave a vacuum to be filled with pop artists? That makes no sense.
Makes plenty of sense. They are programming a generation.
