Channing Phillips was chosen by Obama to be next in line if the AG could somehow not fulfill his duties.

He shows up in Wikileaks Global Intelligence files... and guess what?!?........,,,

He's handling a case of a CIA agent that has gone off the deep end and is exposing himself in public, after assaulting and drugging a woman in Algeria... oh yeah they found child porn on the CIA agents computer as well.

This is a really big deal.

This shows Obama was planning to protect Hillary Clinton as well

  1. During his campaign Trump promised to assign a special prosecutor to investigate her.

  2. Obama signs Executive Order to restack the Acting AG order

  3. Sessions was forced to recuse himself from any investigation into Hillary during his Confirmation hearing

  4. This would've meant Phillips would've had control over any Hillary investigation had Trump not noticed this last second move by Obama

EXACTLY! I knew Obama didn't want to give HRC a pardon because it would make him look bad, so he TRIED to ensure this Phillips guy would make sure she wasn't convicted.
