I don't know that it's official...I saw it initially on a youtube 'Barry Soetoro' video. A search of 'Obama Asian girl lap' under images shows it referenced on the Before Its News website and Stateofthenation2012 website, and on a reddit site, where a higher resolution is available https://i.redd.it/gg7r04ttkaxx.jpg PsBattle: Obama with Chinese girl on lap. If that's photoshopped in ANY way in order to mislead the content then it's an amazing job! It absolutely looks original. Zoom in and see for yourself.
Thanks! I appreciate that. The thing about it is when you consider Joe Biden's "wandering fingers" during photo ops, and the whole culture of pedo cover-ups in D.C., it catches one's attention.
