As was brought up previously here in voat, if you search for 'pizzagate' on google there is a disclaimer that prints at the bottom of the list

"In response to a complaint we received under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act[1], we have removed 1 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read the DMCA complaint[2] that caused the removal(s) at LumenDatabase.org. "

It should definitely be noted that there is only one link to an 'allegedly offending url', number 296 https://voat.co/v/pizzagate

Of the other 344 links given every other one is a direct link to an anime episode, whereas the the entire pizzage subverse at voat is given and no indication of any episode of anime is mentioned linked to voat.

In fact, voat is not ever mentioned again. It is merely lumped together with all these other sites and google uses it as an excuse to remove it from the search results.

So what has to happen is we have to demand the legal department of google to respond with a direct url that shows infringing episodes of the anime in question on this subverse.

You can start doing this now by clicking the "Send Feedback" at the bottom of the google search page, and sending something like:

"I have read the DMCA copyright claim at https://www.lumendatabase.org/notices/13959495# in regards to item 296 of the first claim https://voat.co/v/pizzagate this is not a link to any episode of anime. Please provide a specific link, or provide further evidence that there is infringed material contained within this website. I want a direct response from the legal department in regards to this offense"

If there is a legal department for voat perhaps they could weigh in on this as well, and if there are any lawyers amongst us it would be great if we could get something much more formal started.
