The idea makes sense but I don't think the ACLU is going to work. They're actually banging the Russian wardrums with the other Dems right now, so that should give you some ideas as to why I feel that way. :/

what about citizens demanding a grand jury and bringing civil charges? I think the procedure for this varies from state to state
