Irrelevant. Minimum wage restaurant employees are known for being unsavory in general and for stealing and those metro style rack cages are in just about every restaurant. https://www.google.com/search?q=metro+rack+cage&oq=metro+rack+cage

They sell the cage as add ons to the metro racks so you can take any metro style rack and just add a cage to it easily.

I understand what you're saying, but I want to know how many cages they own and how many cages they have in physical view, so we see if they have any hidden cages.

Ok, but it just sounds like you are trying to mislead.

The only unusual thing is that they have them in plain view. It is normal for a restaurant to hide an ugly metro rack out of view. They are specifically for storage. For CPP, I just figure they were short on room elsewhere and so they have a few out in guest areas.

And no you aren't going to find a bill of lading or invoice for them so what exactly are you thinking?

I know that the mainstream use of those metro cages adds a layer of plausible deniability for CPP, but so I'm trying to find any irregularities that may raise some red flags. I also understand that their bathrooms are hidden behind secret panels , so it is possible that they may more hidden rooms that are much more discreet, with possible cages in these hidden rooms.
