For those who don't know, Chelsea's clintonemail.com name was "Diane Reynolds." In the e-mail, Chelsea appears to be helping babies and their mothers to get to Boston for heart surgery, so I don't think this is a smoking gun. It is just interesting that Chelsea seems to be joking about Laura Silsby's arrest in Haiti.
