Great find. It makes me wonder, is there something involved in the logistics of horse transportation that could also double for transporting humans. All of that area around the Luzzato area is horse country. Hell, they could be moving the children from point A to point B in close-sided trailers. Ugh.
My dad was a 40 veteran with Thoroughbred Racing and twice a year there is a migration of Horse Vans north/south to tracks as well as some to calif. As a kid I spent summers in Jersey, NY, & Detroit. Home was S. FL and those vans are never checked. I know that on the backside of a track no one asks ?'s so anything, is possible. Anyone an go off radar... just a thought.
Yup. And up and down 95 from FL to DC. There is plenty of horse country within DC. Heck, think you see some of those trailers going in and out of a specific park near our friends in Langley?
