He apparently owned an orphanage in Haiti. Allegedly, he also worked with a few different NGOs and helped them bump a judge from a hotel room. This supposedly was why said judge went after him.

Why investigate someone charged? Because I don't want to just sit on my hands and presume this means things are moving. Let's see what and who this guy and his orphanage are tied to. This guy could be the little fish who, if we dig, blows this thing open.
