The page at the FBI site is searchable. I tested it with the keyword Moloch. The same text from wikileaks appeared, but edited. Here the wiki one. It confirms wikileaks! :D
oh oh oh ok... i thought you found another email referring to sacrificing a chicken- my bad. i remember the "sacrificing a chicken" part, but not the "carrot and stick approach". But no, I have no clue wtf they were referring to there.
