Somebody here posted something about god stepping in. Well, maybe Ms. Obrien is pointing to one god's "mysterious ways," -- the trend toward a worldwide legalization of marijuana.

That's not at all the feeling it (dmt at least) inspires in you. In fact, on none of my spiritual journeys, if you want to call them that, have I ever felt like "god is in some plant." That's such a comical way of phrasing even hypothetical perspectives from any of those nights.
I'm unsure where you've heard that, and it seems to me like there's a lot of misinformation going on about this topic.

The plants just help you hear him without fasting for 24 hours and then meditating for 12(very hard to willingly do.)

No but that is how the Jewish priests did it and Moses. Climb to the top of a mountain and meditate/chant for 12 hours after 24 hours of fasting. And this is more to talk to god rather then hear him. Like have back and forth one on one conversation.
