I saw the word Dark Room and I remembered a video game I played. It was called "Life is Strange". It's about time travel and and many young teens go missing or die. And in the end you find out that your teacher is the pedophile who rapes and kills these kids and takes pictures of them while they are drugged in his "Dark Room", which is located in a secret cellar underneath a farm (ring a bell?). It's disturbing. Indie game. Look up life is strange photography lesson.
Or buy the game if you like videogames, doesn't take too long, and the choices affect the story to an extent. Was quite fun and not too long/expensive.
