The daily mail is a mixed bag for sure, but they cover US child abuse stories better than US news.

Hard to be optimistic sometimes because MSM lets us down almost everytime, but this development is encouraging.

Good example of the daily mail's coverage of US child abuse is the Grace Packer murder.
