Why would you (Podesta) draw more attention to something you know your guilty of? Filing legal action against Trump and Jones will only drive the evidence forward. What is he up to?
Are you basing your presumption on the fat man's manilla folder? Because it could have contained ANYTHING. When AJ has been served and shows us legal papers, THEN I'll believe that he's being sued. Otherwise and meanwhile, I will file it in the "histrionic, hyperbolic, hysterical mega-drama" column along with a long list of his other shenanigans.
I'm not certain about him suing but I've read pieces where Podesta warns Jones about making "false" claims. And judging on Jones' withdrawl from talking about pg and removing videos I imagine his legal department has been warned. That's all I'm saying. I admit that he has been cowardly by doing so but in the scope of media he is considered Mainstream based on his viewership. He has bigger responsibility and the deep state has and will go after him for slander and defamation charges before the little guys.
He knows the courts are on his side. He also knows that they control the narrative through their msm propaganda. It's "the big lie" and he's going to ride it to his grave.
but maybe.. when trump brings the hammer down on corrupt judges, that handpicked asswart goes out the window and is replaced by a human. then its fast trial-death penalty.
