Quote:
"As an educator, Jennings was approached by a 15-year-old boy who sought his advice about a relationship he was having with an older man. Instead of reporting this felonious act to police or encouraging the boy to talk to his family or seek counseling, Jennings told the boy to “use a condom” with the man. "
Pertinent info. The correct response is: "You are being abused. Here is the phone number to the abuse hotline. Tell me what happens." However, child protective services seem to leave a lot to be desired.
Actually I've heard people say you should just call the police. The police can investigate the claim and put the guy in jail. CPS will just find a reason to steal your kid and the guy will go free.
