OP, perhaps you should print out the pedo symbols, go there, and ask to speak with the owner. Discretely tape it (if legal) and film his/her/their reaction with a cheap body camera. If they're innocent, there's a good chance you'll be able to tell by their body language as you confront them. I'm sure they'll consider changing the sign and covering the Good Humor logo if they're made aware of the type of people the store may attract as well.
