As it has already been pointed out by other fellow investigators, there seem to be a number of Youtube channels categorized as "Entertainment" which feature children engaging in highly disgusting activities, such as eating pretend "excrements" or eating fake "yellow snow" and pretending to cry and be disgusted, sometimes very convincibly...
I took a look at some of these channels and found evidence of the kinds fo people they attract, and one of the disgusting uses the comment threads on these videos are used for - illegal content distribution / promotion... For example, check this comment out; it seems this account is just pointing other out to do a search for certain keywords "nn xv" on a chinese site called (china forum). Here is a screenshot from year 2000 where some links with the word "teen" are shared on this forum.
China Forum, which had been a large discussion forum since the 90's and now is kind of a cheapo search engine (could that be what the first 2 letters of the comment "Se" mean: search or search engine???) could be sort of a node through which some of these people make their contents accessible... Interestingly enough, when typing NN into the search bar and hitting enter you get this 1 disturbing result: Judge for yourself
The video is titled: "Bad Baby Giant Candy Pee Snow Taste Test Challenge Toy Freaks Family Out - Maddakenz Vlogs Kids Toy" The title says enough that it is not even necessary to go watch it and give these scumbags more visits so they can keep making these videos. Please just look at this screenshot

Yeah this is just people gaming youtube's ranking system with bots and interconnected channels...
Long story short they use comment bots and cross linking, with similar subjects/channels and view bots to get promoted to the "suggested videos" sections for kids. They then make tons of money with ads embedded.
Google doesn't stop them because the advertisers who likely are getting screwed haven't said anything about it.
Whilte the videos could include twisted shit and pedo type stuff it's first and foremost fraud for money.

BULLSHIT I do not believe this CANNED explanation, whatsoever. Madison Avenue and YouTube are not morons and there is no way they would be scammed out of MILLIONS of dollars in advertising money. NO FUCKING WAY. These channels are years old and have exploded in number all over YouTube. Live events are being held at shopping malls for the 'stars' of some of the more popular channels and scores of parents and children have turned out. @bopper @fartyshorts @n080d33
No way this is an undiscovered widespread fraud and you need to PROVE it or you need to shut it.

This place is starting to fill with discussion more suited for /v/conspiracy between the shills and between the people out in the weeds. If you really want to chase pedos, I could tell you how to find actual CP on the open internet, except that would be potentially illegal (don't worry, I reported to the FBI already).
Anyway, this guy did a pretty in depth investigation:

One should always follow where an investigation leads. It appears that many of the top companies and internet platforms are knowingly engaging in child grooming for molestation, underground child prostitution, child pornography and giving cover or turning a blind eye to horrendous acts on children.

Yes, and these permeate the public subconsciously so the creepy factor which is there for these, may not be on purpose by the actors - which tend to be paid, according to that one guy's investigation videos. Any child creepy or pedo connections are circumstantial as a result in this case, or a result of the actor(s) or producers for the videos including such things without the others involved realizing it. One bad one spoils the whole project in such cases.
I still hold that these are primarily blackhat SEO, follow the money - look at the ads embedded in them.
