What does Comet/Besta's location have to do with where the child rape/torture is performed? Embassy Row IS next to Dupont Circle, as are a bunch of brownstones connected to various individuals tied into PG. The whole point is to sell kids to powerful people and blackmail the ones who don't go along.
Cleaning up the tunnels for an 'art show' is a good cover for destroying any blood and body fluid evidence that might be down there, too.
There are other ways to travel underground, golf carts, mini motor bikes, etc. Believe me they have ways that we have never thought of or know that exist. Things that we dream about they have already created. They are light years ahead of us.

As anyone who has been to DC can confirm, Dupont Circle is nowhere near Comet Ping Pong.
They're miles and miles away from each other. And for you non-city folks out there, that's a long distance to walk.
