Maybe it was a surrogacy, or maybe she was conceived during a ritual.
Others have speculated that they may be using her as a breeder or he could be Corey's dad.

A sort of rite by the higher up's in the pedo cult to have lower caste members offer their children to show loyalty and gain favor.

lending out children is backed up by Tamera Luzzatto's wikileak : uber service took her 3 grandkids to the farm where they'd be pool entertainment for these old f'ers.
