Priest -- "Really? That's it? Plus I get to keep my youth Bible Study class? Oh thank God...I love "spreading" the Good Word (wink wink)!
Victim -- "But, I'll be living with this pain, shame and guilt for a lifetime. Plus confusion about my sexuality. Will Hail Mary's cure that? I thought by being victimized by the uber-wealthiest church on the planet that I deserved a lifetimes worth of restitution for this despicable crime?"
And they wonder why members of the Catholic Church have been bailing at record pace over the last decade.
