The pope (he does not deserve a capital) is a vestigial organ of spirituality. Hey, any news of his movements or decisions are recounted by MSM. That alone has to tell you something. There is nothing wrong with devotion, unless everything you base it on is uprooted and found to be a lie. Devotion to truth and it's service is a pretty safe bet. I think God would approve.
