I came on here to relay a suggestion but can't find a suitable thread yet, so thought I'd post here. Listen to the Podesta videos with a good pair of studio monitor headphones. I suggest the Sony MDR-V6 - inexpensive, no need for amplifier, fantastic and accurate sound for the price. It certainly sounds like he's saying "I'm John Podesta" but slurring the words due to some sort of drug influence.
As a test, could you try listening to it with the idea that he's saying "I'm just a kid who's four" (Which I believe is the only other plausible line, right?) In other words, force yourself to try and hear something different and see if it changes your perception in order to get an objective listen. There's a lot of influence on the brain when being told "This is what you hear" before hearing it. It's important to be absolutely sure. Glad you have those headphones!
