It's still a work in progress, and I will be adding new features over the next few days. The uncompressed dump is 4GB and a bit of a pain to import back into mysql. The import overwrote the accounts I had on there and I had to spend an all nighter getting everything sorted out but managed to do so in the end.

Anyways, I removed all the empty databases and empty tables but there is still quite a bit. This system will (hopefully) make it easy to browse all db's and tables in their original context. Right now I'm limiting each table to 100 rows but I will lift that limit by tomorrow once I have a chance to implement a few things. Also missing is search capabilities; you can search individual tables but not the entire database at once, I will try and have that implemented by tomorrow as well.

Feel free to suggest any features you would like and I'll do what I can. I don't have that much time to spare but tracking down these people is important so I try and set aside some time to donate to the cause.
