My guess? It's something that NEVER happens. Plus this last part here: "...we need to go to a Remote meeting" makes it look even more unusual and suspicious.

I would assume it's odd because it's not a normal thing to do. Why? Your guess is as good as all of ours.
Sure, the context could be considered suspicious but that's all there is.
It should be noted for sure, but not proclaimed anything more than speculation.

Unusual and suspicious as it is, it unfortunately doesn't prove anything other then that someone named Tony might have a palace.
