Putin banned Russian babies from being adopted by Americans. He seems well aware of this epidemic going on

Also he has an active warrant for the arrest of George Soros if he ever steps foot in Russia

Wow. I knew he did that but at the time I thought he was just being difficult. Makes alot of sense now.
