Edit, dietcokehead and others want to make sure you actually read this because perhaps the sub seems misleading to anybody who doesn't actually want to open and read the link, which explains the situation. When we have to blanket label everything as false is not helpful.

Isn't Chaffetz representing Utah?

I reread the FBIAnon Q&A session from July again last night. He said then that they were looking into having a state judge prosecute stuff to avoid going through the DoJ, or something to that effect (I am not a legal expert).

Is Chaffetz planning on funneling these monsters through the Utah court system toward the death penalty to make an example out of them?
