Ok, so this seems like it's LEO leaking shit to keep us interested and they are going to drop the nuke that really implicates Skippy because things are starting to pop off and the mainstream hive mind is picking up on all of this. This site seemed like it was run by good guys to show off in a brutal, up in your face fashion how sick this stuff is. They made sure not to put anything on there that would get people investigating it into CP legal issues, but they put shit on their that would make your blood boil and want to hunt these people down. in 4 MAGAboomer calling the site 100% a distraction like he has for a solid week now.
it's either they are leo or just stumbled across this stuff across they found on their old's clients computer( which is what the guys on worldcorp made it sound like in a long drawn out response to someone they made a few days back). The timing is too fishy in all of this for it to be some sick, troll snuff site. that's just my gut feeling on it, but never underestimate 4chan trolls I guess.
The first step of implementing an overt tactical operation is always winning the hearts and the minds of the people. No indictments/charges have come down thus far because of a corrupt former AG, but also because the people weren't ready to be exposed to these peoples horrific crimes.
This makes a lot of sense what you said about the platform being ran by the good guys. As I understand it the FBI's hands were tired during the last administration, but that's since changed. The way that FBI Anon was talking about the importance of full scale meme warfare, it was all about raising the collective conscious of the people. Leaking information they were just sitting on in this way would make a lot of sense to further those objectives.
