This is a street near muscle beach in Venice Beach California. A perfect place to pick up youngsters who are attracted by the freakscene there, runaways and kids like that. If you do a google earth view of the area, interestingly there is a company called psyops. I'm surprised they could trademark that name without some sort of inner connections with the intelligence community.
