Donuts are on a lot of pedo instagrams and are usually beside pizza and ice cream. Ice cream is another code as is different kinds of fruit. No idea what the specifically mean though.
Of course the candle through the doughnut is positioned where it is for a reason. Also, the red and white checkered napkin on the left is folded in a way that looks like a diaper or child's underwear. imho
