If you haven't seen the latest fbianon info on Steemit's website. He explains what Vault 7 is, and is located in CO. The person asked him about pizzagate, he said he'll explain the relevance later. So I do think this link relates to pizzagate; he didn't totally dismiss the idea, but does sound like it's possibly a small part of what WL has with Vault 7.

And he DID say because of the massive effort by MSM, and the parties incriminated in Vault 7 (banks, corporations, etc. you know the rest), the best we all can do is keep getting out the evil truth that we are putting out.
