The only way you can destroy the shadow government is to become part of the shadow government.

If it makes a difference to stop them sure why not.
Would be crazy difficult for normal folks. Imagine you'd already need tons of resources/ connections. If be up for combatting the MK ultra aspect of it though. I also have be necessary spiritual strength to achieve victory ;p
