I came across this Buzzfeed (I know..) article from 2015 about rampant sex abuse and corruption within Americas LARGEST, FOR-PROFIT FOSTER CARE company, NATIONAL MENTOR HOLDINGS. This article specifically talks about Last Chance Farm in Maryland, but there's hints about the same problems in several other states. Mentor operates in approx 15 states.

He's a former National co-chair of Obama's presidential campaign, and Secretary of Transport and Secretary of Energy under, you guessed it, Bill Clinton.
