Interesting video, it's great to get a full realtor tour. I downloaded the video locally for posterity. After watching this tour video I have no doubt this house fire was arson. Motives can only be speculated at this time, but no doubt this gorgeous, old world but still high tech multi million dollar home built only in 2013 did not burn down due to accidental electrical or house fire. Also after taking the video tour I do not see where indoor propane tanks would be logical. There are 9(?) fireplaces and lots of various cooking appliances but nowhere is it mentioned they are on propane. Being so close to DC I see no reason that everything in this house was not on normal gas. It is possible that the indoor/outdoor patio barbecue area could have had propane tanks, but how they catch on fire is beyond me.
