Very short, just a couple seconds. Muffled distressed voice, sounds higher pitched, possibly childlike. Looks like a black trashbag or something similar is taped over their head as they are possibly being dragged / struggling with another person. Hard to see, very low quality.
"Do you hear that DarkMath?".........No, it was too quick and the kids head was in a trash bag so you can't really tell what he's saying.
Someone in law enforcement needs to investigate this. It could be a hoax but what if it isn't. You can't see and hear that kid being tortured and not want something done about it.
