I've been watching him talk in "The Drunken Peasants" podcast and it sounds like he's talking about sexually mature teenagers and not children. This doesn't seem to have anything to do with actual pedophilia.
Well, pedophilia especially with the context of pizzagate means sex with children. After puberty people become sexually mature and in many countries the age of consent is in the early teens and in many states in the US it is as low as 16. Each state has decided on it's own legal cut off age. Later on in that video Milo says he 100% agrees with the age of consent laws in the US.
Sorry, but I would include people having sex with teenagers as something within Pizzagate. Under your definition, Epstein, and all the perverts he hung out with, would probably get a pass.

What exactly is a "sexually mature teenager"? Is it a certain age or vary from teen to teen? Sounds like quite a slippery slope there.

With all the hormones in food these days, puberty is starting at younger and younger ages. 9 is not uncommon. These are STILL children!!!!!
