My fear is all this is just clean up.... This is what the CIA does to protect themselves.... We need ICE, FBI, CIA, Local, State, Federal officials sharing in the investigations. If any one of these agencies act solo or are in command, then we can only assume these are efforts to ensure protection for those involved higher up the chain. If you had a joint in your locker at the other end of the school and heard the dogs coming, you would text your friend who has class next to your locker and have them remove it before they found it and could trace it back to you. They know the dogs are coming...
