The Constitution, parental rights, due process are not recognized when a family has their child/children removed by CPS.
Also, Bill Clinton signed The Adoption and Safe Families Act (ASFA, Public Law 105-89) which not only makes it easier for CPS, but gives financial incentive for them to snatch children from loving but vulnerable families without any due process. Guilty until proven innocent, family court secrecy, not able to know who your accusers are, not able to present evidence on your behalf, court hearings in respect to your case without you being notified, homes being searched and children seized without a warrant, etc., etc.......
The horror stories of families who have had their children taken by the state unjustly are endless.
I've read countless numbers of them over the years. It's all hidden from the public because MSM is just as complicit by not publishing these stories leaving the American people clueless as to what is happening under their very noses. Parents are often gagged in court with threats of incarceration if they dare to expose these kidnappings to the public on social media.
