What would the effects be on a child taking the "football" Xanax dosage and Viagra - would a child that young survive that dose? Could it cause the dark circles under the eyes that Caris James had in a couple of the photos?

Xanax. "Normally" they dont use xanax on kids but in "severe anxiety ped dose starts at 0.125mg and increases to 2 to 6mg/day in divided doses split to 3 times a day e.g. 1mg thrre times a day, 2mg twice a day etc.) I have never seen a kid given xanax regularly so not sure what qualifies...

Some kids have a paradoxical reaction on benzodiazepines and go apeshit but generally if you just gave a kid 1mg to start with, for a while they'd most likely be a complaint zombie. Then they would be near comatose for hours...at least 12 probably. When they woke, they wouldn't remember the hours or possibly even the whole day BEFORE the med was given.

They use another benzo drug, Versed in ER specifically because of the "retrograde amnesia" to set bones and stitch gashes. You give them a dose, they relax some and even if they yell they are still easy to handle, then you give them a little more, they fall asleep for a bit but when they wake they don't know you are already done and they have forgotten a lot of the pain. Ambien does the same thing which is why people can drive their car, crash it, walk home and get up in the morning wondering why they are beat up and car is missing etc.

It's pretty hard to do and die on benzos though.

As far as viagra...it is a vasodilator which is how it works on ED. ED happens bc blood isnt flowing into doodad (my cousins called it that) so vessels are dilated and blood flows in. The rest of the system works (keeping blood in). It would likely have the same effect bc even kids in diapers can have "morning wood". Would likely have all the side effects...headache, dizziness etc but kids heart and such are in good shape so unlikely to see "damage".

Ugh. I hate to even think about it but same as a guy.
