Is this the same Catherine Agnew? Dawn's Place - A non-profit for victims of trafficking (pizzagate)

While searching for more info on Cathy Agnew I came across this article about an organization called "Dawn's Place" which helps women who have been victims of human trafficking/sexual exploitation. At the top of the page is a short slideshow of pictures (10). The final picture is of 3 women - 1 of them named Cathy Agnew. She doesn't appear to work for the organization and is simply referred to as a "resident".

Is this the same Catherine Agnew?

Thanks! I couldn't find either. I did come across ANOTHER pic on another site that looks more like the woman in the mugshot but like someone else said... she claims to be poor and disabled and even living in her truck so I'm not sure about this one either...
