The only example of underage nudity in a major holywood film that stood out to me was American Beauty. Thora Birch is 16 when the topless scenes are filmed. I am pretty young so I remembered her from hocus pocus which I watched as a child. I remember being shocked to see her topless, she was very well endowed. I thought at the time that there was no way she was 18! I still find this hard to believe. In my research I have found that there is a thinley vieled loophole in the law allowing for such images that are not of an overtly sexual nature (I am not quoting law exactly) -& I remember thinking it was quite loose ended. I will say that I was about 16 when I saw this movie & I thought what any heterosexual male thought because the directors chose to shoot this with.... again... a well endowed actress! The scene should not have been shot period in my opinion.
