Why is this significant?

John Kerry was assigned to the BBG shortly after this bill was passed in 2012

This bill made complete fabrication of news events LEGAL to distribute to a US-based audience. This meant that a news story could be created in a studio with actors and played out on national "news" networks as if it were a real event.

Also note, it takes 7 months and 1 day for a passed bill to be enacted... That day would be December 14, 2012 (what happened on that day, hmmmmm???) (This needs an amendment, leaving but posting edit below)

So, we know the only confirmed member of the 7th floor group is no longer in control of disseminating news events. This means we may not be seeing any more "Crazed gunment storming pizza shops" (PizzaGate related!)

This is a major blow to the Globalist agenda. MAJOR!

Edit: On page 6 of the bill, it states (e) EFFECTIVE DATE—This section shall take effect and apply on the date that is 180 days after the date of the enactment of this section.

My original mistake originated from misreading a citation on legalinfo.com that gave a time frame of 215 days. I guess that was the average time.

The Phoenix Project was evil similar to the Holocaust, but it was done by the CIA against innocent journalists and Vietnamese people. It involved torture and murder, and who knows what else.

Michael Aquino, the famous Satanist from the Presidio scandal, was part of the Phoenix Project.

My guess is that if the CIA was evil enough to torture and kill innocent Vietnamese people, it was also evil enough to kidnap, torture, brainwash, and/or blackmail U.S. soldiers and/or future politicians. Perhaps McCain did something wrong, and was caught, or perhaps he was selected at random, or perhaps he already showed potential as a politician. I'm just speculating. But I'm guessing that the CIA got to him during Vietnam.

This is part of my larger theory that CIA/Mossad corruption explains most political conspiracy theories going back to JFK.
