If you input the binary into a translator, it translates to Podesta. Lots of other references to the 7th floor group as well.

Just saying, but, we don't have any way to verify this is the same person as the 2011 tweets. Could be LARP/disinfo. We need to treat this Catherine Agnew stuff like it's radioactive because these tweets scream mental illness. Could easily be used to smear the investigation.

Thats exactly what MKUltra causes. Anyone who was MKUltra'd and broke out would sound crazy.
